Letter from Dr. & Mrs. Kenneth Ridings
Dear North Carolina Baptists,
Ann and I would like to express our deep appreciation to North Carolina Baptists for giving us the wonderful privilege to serve our Lord at Fruitland Baptist Bible Institute. God has had His hand upon Fruitland and our prayers are that this will forever be true.
We are so thankful for the hundreds of alumni who serve our Lord around the world. There are hundreds who pastor in North and South Carolina. We also have many who serve the Lord in many other states and several who serve the Lord Jesus on foreign fields.
I want to express my deep appreciation for a wonderful, godly staff. They will never know all that they have meant in our lives.
I want to thank God for the many wonderful things we have seen God do with the facilities. This is a beautiful campus! I want to thank God for the wonderful spirit of Fruitland and it has been a wonderful experience for us.
After much prayer, Ann and I feel it is God's will for us to offer our notice of retirement as President and Assistant Librarian, to be effective at the end of 2008. We will always love and pray for North Carolina Baptists and most especially for Fruitland Baptist Bible Institute and her work.
Please keep us in your prayers that the Lord will continue to use us and keep His hand upon us.
With a deep settled peace and all because of Calvary,
Kenneth and Ann Ridings
